1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Light Design Studio's website, services, and products (collectively, the “Services”), including Today's Color game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Overview

Light Design Studio provides creative design services, digital products, and interactive experiences including but not limited to:

• Brand strategy and identity design
• Digital and physical design products available through our shop
• Today's Color daily puzzle game
• Post sharing, showcase features, and community content
• Newsletter and communication services

3. User Accounts and Registration

Certain features require email verification. By registering, you agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By signing up, you are automatically enrolled in our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via your account settings.

4. Today's Color Game

Today's Color is a free daily puzzle game. Additional features are available through paid options:

• Play Passes: Allow unlimited replays for a specified duration (24 hours or 1 week). Play passes are non-refundable once activated.
• Post Sharing: Shared art posts are publicly visible and remain active for 24 hours unless extended.
• Post Extensions: Posts can be extended for an additional period through a one-time payment. Extensions are non-refundable.
• Showcase: Posts entered into the daily showcase may be selected for featuring at our discretion.

5. User-Generated Content

By sharing art or content through our Services, you grant Light Design Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the Services. You retain ownership of your original content. You must not share content that is offensive, infringing, or illegal.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes. Digital products and services (play passes, post extensions) are non-refundable once delivered or activated. For physical products, please refer to our delivery and returns information.

7. Privacy and Data

We collect and process personal data (email addresses, display names) to provide our Services. We use Resend for transactional emails, Stripe for payment processing, and Vercel for hosting. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Game statistics and preferences are stored locally on your device.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and assets created by Light Design Studio are protected by intellectual property laws. The Today's Color game mechanics, visual design, and audio are the property of Light Design Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Use automated tools to access the Services without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share content that infringes on others' rights

10. Limitation of Liability

Light Design Studio provides the Services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
